南京市轨道交通站点自行车“免费停放+专人管理”模式 “Free Parking and Manual Management” Mode for Bicycle parking at Metro stations in Nanjing

摘要:利用自行车换乘城市轨道交通(B&R)能便捷的联系居民出行起讫点和轨道交通站点,一方面能实现轨道交通“门到门”服务,方便居民出行,另一方面能有效拓展轨道交通的服务范围,提高其吸引力。在轨道交通站点周边是否有充足、便捷、安全的自行车停车设施是影响居民选择自行车停车换乘轨道交通的积极性的重要因素。南京市地铁时光文化传媒有限公司从20116月开始在南京市地铁2号线云锦路站的自行车停车场实行“免费停放+专人管理”模式的试点,并相继在其他多个地铁站点推广,取得了良好的效果。本文以云锦路站为例介绍了该项目的位置、基建、使用管理方法等情况,结合问卷调查结果,分析自行车停车场使用人群特征、停车特性等情况,总结项目实施效果并提出对其他城市轨道站点自行车停车发展的建议。

Abstract: Using a bicycle to transfer metro (B&R) can connect the residents’ origin/destination points to metro station conveniently. B&R can realize the "door to door” service of the metro which can convenient dwellers. It also can effectively broaden the catchment of the metro which can attract more metro trips. Whether there are sufficient, convenient and secure bicycle parking facilities at the metro station is the main factor for the residents to choose B&R. The Nanjing Metro Times Culture Media Co., Ltd. implemented the “free parking and manual management” mode for bicycle parking at the Yunjin Road metro station in June 2011 in Nanjing. Then the project was promoted at some other metro stations and achieves positive effect. Taking the project in Yunjin Road metro station as an example, the location, the facilities, the management method and the usage are introduced firstly. Through a questionnaire survey, the parking users’ characteristics and the parking operation characteristics are analyzed secondly. Lastly, the implementation effect of the project and the suggestions for the bicycle parking at the metro stations in other cities are proposed.

上海市:机动轮椅车—— 肢体残疾人不可或缺的代步工具

上海市持有中华人民共和国残疾人证的肢体残疾人有10万余人,其中下肢残疾人约7万余人,一级肢残人约8000余人,为重度残疾,基本丧失行走能力;二、三级肢残人约2万余人,为中度残疾,大多需拄拐杖;四级肢残人约四万余人,属轻度残疾,出行存在不同程度的障碍。下肢残疾人出行不便,迫切需要一种与其残疾状况相适应的出行交通方式。

西安通宵公交专线调查研究 The Investigation of the Secure Night in Xi,an

摘要针对市民夜间出行频率的增加,夜间出行安全无法得到保障等问题,西安市政府联合西安公交公司,推出了4条通宵公交专线。本次调研在对西安4条通宵公交专线进行概括介绍的基础上,针对西安通宵公交3号线的运营、实施等情况进行具体阐述,总结西安通宵公交3号专线在运行实施过程中所遇到实际问题及针对这些问题的解决办法,并制定了后续的实施方案。最后,评价了通宵公交专线的实践意义以及推广价值。

Abstract: Jointed with Bus Industry (Xi’an) Co. LTD, the government of Xi'an introduced four all-night bus lines concerning the increasing frequency and security of going out at night. Based on the brief introduction of the four all-night bus lines, this survey explains the operation and implementation of the all-night bus line 3, and highlights the problems it encountered in the process of the implementation. Then the survey puts forward the corresponding solutions and subsequent implementation plan. In the end, the survey further analyses the practical significance and the promotion value of the all-night bus lines.
